The CF aims to achieve this goal by working on changing attitudes, defective values and behaviours and practices of the stakeholders that work directly with children and have influence in the life of children, changing the social and cultural biases and promoting the rights of excluded, disadvantaged and vulnerable groups such as chldren. This is done through implementation of the advocacy and awareness programmes, addressing the barriers that denies children’s overall development and their empowerment to participate in the national development.
